SS Matunga docked at Madang wharf in Madang Harbor
The SS Matunga was the first commercial vessel to arrive after the Royal Australian Navy and Military Expeditionary Force (AN & MEF) occupied Madang. In the center foreground is a New Guinea canoe with three locals.
