John Douglas   June 2001 Wreck News Update

Email  Wreck related briefs from John Douglas in Papua New Guinea

This Month I can tell you about a follow up visit to Gusap Strip.I took a long trip, to the North East and arrived at the old Bomb Dump. Not much left, just a few bomb fins and a drop tank. I relocated the very large drop tanks, and revisited the Cletrac Light bulldozers. Next visit will get me to the old Engineering workshops.

I've been prowling around Dobodura, and located a B-24 Hull, a Beaufort Engine and some village scrap.
