Aircraft History Built by Yokosuka. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as P1Y1 Ginga (Francis) manufacture number unknown. Wartime History Assigned to an unknown Kōkūtai (Air Group). No known tail code or markings. Mission History This Francis ditched off Snake Island in Palau. Wreckage The center section of this aircraft remains in the shallow reef area off Snake Island.
