Sinking History
On November 2, 1943 anchored in Simpson Harbor targeted by B-25D Mitchells on a low level strike over Rabaul. Bombed by B-25 Mitchell pilot by Captain Charles W. Howe from 3rd Bomb Group (3rd BG) and sunk into Simpson Harbor off Rabaul.

Shipwreck
Upright on the bottom, near the wharf. There are gaping holes in her hull, and the twisted metal superstructure give a clear indication of the hits that sank her. The wreck is now home for an array of fish species, including morays, jacks and coral trout.
