Located at Vilamor Philippine Military Air Base at Manila Airport (Nino Aquino Airport, Nichols Field). This museum has a collection of displays, model aircraft and artifacts related to the history of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) and prewar Philippine Army Air Force (PAAF).

Japanese Holdout 2nd Lt. Hiro Onoda Display
During March 1974, when Japanese holdout 2nd Lt. Hiro Onoda surrendered on Lubang Island, Philippine Air Force officers and personnel were involved. Today, his artifacts including his sword, rifle and personal equipment are displayed at the museum.
