Sek Harbor is located off Alexishafen about eight miles north of Madang. Nearby is Sek Island, Admosin Island and Megas Island to the southeast. This protected harbor has a depth of 30 fathoms.

Wartime History
During 1943, used by the Japanese during the war to supply the Aleixshafen area. After the Australian Army occupied the area on April 26, 1944, the harbor was used by Allied boats, with shore facilities on the peninsula of Alexishafen Catholic Mission.
