Seoul (Seoul Special City) means "Capital City" and is the capital of the South Korea. Also known as Soul, Ha-seng, Keizyōe, Seoul, Wo-jo, Han-yang, Sŏul, Hang-yang-tcheng, Suigen, Keizyoe, Wō-jō, Choei-yuen, Kan-yo-jo, Kyŏngsŏng, Sye-ul, Hā-seng, Wang-ching, Hansŏng, 서울, Hansong, Syou-ouen, Keijo, Hān-yang, Seul, Kan-yō-jō or Kiung.
