Aioi Bridge in Hiroshima
On August 6, 1945 the "T" shaped Aioi Bridge was used as an aiming point for the atomic bomb dropped over Hiroshima. Although the original bridge survived the blast, the current bridge is new, but still in the same location and 'T' shape.
