Wartime History
Assigned to the Japanese Army and transported to Wewak. Emplaced on a ridge to the south of Boram Airfield.

Until 1969, remained in situ until. Transported to Cape Wom. One of two guns installed at Cape Wom Memorial Park at Cape Wom Airfield. The gun and base are painted green. Concrete is poured around the inside of the base to anchor it into the ground. This gun is in a firing position pointing upward at a 45° angle.
