Yes, have heard that it has just started in Melbourne.

Apparently the series is related to experiences of USMC servicemen, though I don't know if it's one specific unit or whether each episode will be based around different personnel.

Band of Brothers Pacific theatre?

Brigadier, I just read with interest your post regarding a "Band of Brothers" type production possibly following a group of USMC through the Pacific campaign. Have you any more info on this? The original "Band of Brothers" was so compelling that I really thought that Hollywood would have done the same for the Pacific theatre. Regards from the coast of New Hampshire. jose50
