Spr W J Butler (RAE)

Hi All,
My great great uncle, William James Butler, passed away on December 29, 2007. He served with the Australian Army between 1941 and 1942. Details of his short service can be found on the WW2 Nominal Roll at the following location:

Although only based in Australia during his service, he is the last of my relatives who I know served with any Defence Force during the Second World War.
He is being buried this Friday, January 4 - incidentally, 65 years to the date that another uncle, Roy John Schmidt, was Killed in Action near Sanananda.
