The article mentions (But does not name) individuals who have interfered with aircraft wreck recovery in the Pacific, and who's interference has led to the distruction of several wrecks. It states that he (they) have been baned from a number of island nations. The only identifying information is that they are the modirator for a "Web Wreck Site"

I've read that print media journalists have a self regulating code of ethics where they disclose conflicts of interests, (either real or percieved) and exclude themselves from discussing particular topics because of self interest or relationships with one or more of the particpants.
