I have just started to search for information on this crash. My father was a member of the United Airlines crew on that airplane. He was the flight radio operator. I have no information on the identification of the airplane. If you have any information on that crash or can direct me where to look for info, please let me know. Has there been any effort to locate the wreckage? I found that there were 2 passengers RTD. Do you know if they are still alive?
Thanks

Thanks for posting this.

Just what I am looking for.

Believe it or not, the AAF serial number is not included on the accident documents on the microfilm.
