IIRC the case should have been reviewed and closed in 1946 or 1947?? but could be wrong

Hey all,
Would anyone know what the "HBS" stands for in Group HBS?
I think it might stand for Heavy Base Support.
It was over MARCs and noted it was the only group to lose a plane.
