My post was rediculous, fine. So, since I'm am so far out of line, what do the PNG native people plan to do with this B-17, that is so much better than having it professionally restored and cared for. Letting the thing decay in a swamp for some sentimenatal attachment that the PNG folks have to it i...

Hate to tell these idiots in PNG, but this B-17 is an AMERICAN plane, was crewed by AMERICAN personnel. It belongs in AMERICA. What are these PNG clowns going to do with it, anyway..make pots and pans or roofs out of it? How many of these natives were even thought of when WW2 was in progress? What g...

I'd love to do something like that, I just wonder the the guides would have a problem if I bring some beer along for the trip..ya know, in case I get thirsty. Trekking along the track all day, and the climbing, slipping and falling, then to take a rest w. a cold beer and take in the history. That's ...

Great, thanks for the info. One thing though...also unlike those folks on Amazon and Ebay who sell in large volumes through their businesses, I box everything myself, pack everything myself, and drive to the post office or UPS (@ 2.50/gallon) to ship them, myself. It's all me. So, if you or anyone e...

Not a problem. I'm not a book seller, like some of the retailers you find on Amazon..I don't get large amounts of books for next to nothing like they do and offer them for like $2 and make money by volume. I bought all my books, well, most of them, retail. I went back and revised some of them, but I...

Books on Ebay

Hi,

I have some good Pacific-related books listed on Ebay, check them out. My Ebay username is "kaigun1942". I'm trying to sell some really good books that I've read, make room for more that I haven't.
Thanks.

I guess, worst case scenario, I might have to get a PAL capable player. I'm sure I can buy a copy of it from Australia, but it probably won't be NTSC. I sure hope some place like amazon.com carries it in NTSC format. I don't hold out much hope that it will be shown in U.S. theaters..be nice though.
