Nth Qld wrecks
Hi Nick, I know of a P-39 wreck off Cairns, there's the B-25 off Port Douglas, a B-17 in the channel at Hinchinbrook Is and a couple of other bits and pieces around. Not to mention the stuff still to be located like the Beaufort near magnetic Island. Drop me an email at cloud9@cyberwizards.com.au Da...

My mistake
Oh welll, just saw the ad again but got my facts wrong. They found the 3rd Japanese submarine in Sydney. Only caught a bit of the ad last time and got over excited. In fact they have found the 3rd missing submarine that was involved in the attack on Sydney harbour. Still will be interesting to see. ...

It will be interesting to find out who found it and where it was situated. Will there be any evidence for the Subm...

Amelia Earhart
I have a copy of the book. I thought it was excellent. I would have to lean towards the conclusion reached by the authors. Noone is so perfect that they don't make mistakes. Anything is possible. The most attractive theory I have heard in recent years is the one by a guy on the internet trying to ge...

Rundle reports
Hi again,
I believe the original report or an early copy is held at the Bull Creek RAAF Museum, Perth WA. I had heard they used to copy it for researchers many years ago. Hopefully for you they still do. You can find their details on the web.

Slapper, It sounds like to me that you have made your mind up about Justin already and are looking for people to merely confirm your suspicions. Being an aviation historian and enthusiast myself I have had the pleasure of meeting Justin and I also find it highly unlikely that he has done anything im...

P-400 John Casey Jr
Hi John, I have been chasing this one for some time now. I wrote about him in my last book and mention him in my upcoming one. I have spoken to P-39/ p-400 colleagues who new him as well. I have a report of a sighting of his wreck in the 1980's by a man who was searching in a helicopter for a missin...
