    Suva Airfield (Nausori Airport) Central Division | Viti Levu Island Fiji (Republic of Fiji)

Location
18° 2' 36S 178° 33' 33E  Suva Airfield is located to the southeast of Nausori in the southeastern corner of on Viti Levu Island in Fiji. To the southeast roughly 20km away is Suva. Also known as "Nausori Airfield" or "Nausori International Airport".

Wartime History
During the Pacific War, used by both American and New Zealand squadrons.

USN Patrol Squadron 23 patrolling beginning January 16, 1942
RNZAF 4 Squadron (Hudsons)

Today
Still in use today as Nausori International Airport. The single runway is oriented 28/10 measuring 6,129' x 100' surfaced with asphalt. Airport code SUV. During 2017 repair and sealant work was completed and the airport was cleared for flights by Boeing 737.
