On August 11, 1942 assigned to 1 Photographic Reconnaissance Unit (PRU). No known nickname or nose art. Operated from Hughes Field (30 Mile) south of Darwin.

Wartime History
On August 23, 1942 while parked on the ground at Hughes Field (30 Mile) this aircraft was destroyed during a Japanese bombing raid by G4M1 Betty bombers. Officially stricken on October 29, 1942.
