Assigned to the U. S. Navy (USN) or U. S. Marine Corps (USMC) to an unknown squadron. No known nickname or nose art.

Wartime History
This Ventura ditched onto shallow water on the West Reef off Kwajalein.

In 1967, discovered in 2' to 20' of water. The turrets twin .50 cal guns were been removed. This wreck remained relatively undisturbed.
