Built by Consolidated on November 2, 1943. Constructors Number 1714. US Navy Bureau Number 48352. Assigned to the RAAF March 26, 1944. Assigned to 3 OTU April 25, 1944. Assigned to 42 Squadron on August 8, 1944. Assigned to 11 Squadron on August 8, 1945.

Postwar
Sold to Kingsford-Smith January 5, 1948. Found as a house boat. Currently displayed at the Moorabbin Aircraft Museum.
