Built by Boeing of Canada. Constructors Number 61194. US Navy Bureau Number 44288 / JZ835. Assigned to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF).

Wartime History
On June 1, 1945 assigned to 43 Squadron with code OX-V. Nicknamed "Felix". Flown by Rees Hughes. This Catalina operated from Darwin and other locations in northern Australia.

Postwar
On February 19, 1946 assigned to 115 Air Sea Rescue Flight. On October 11, 1946 sold to Butler Air Transport. Fate unknown, scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
