Built by Curtiss in Buffalo, New York. Constructors Number 15747. Delivered to the U.S. Army.

Wartime History
Assigned to the 11th Air Force in Alaska. On May 20, 1943 officially condemned and written off. Afterwards, this plane was buried at Cold Bay Airfield.

Wreckage
During 1987, recovered by Dick Odgers from Cold Bay Airfield. Purchased by Dwight Jones and stored in Anchorage, AK. On September 27, 2007 registered as N45946.
