Wartime History
Assigned to the 13th Air Force, 347th Fighter Group, 339th Fighter Squadron. Assigned to pilot Murray J. "Jim" Shubin. Nicknamed "Oriloe". Nose number 129 in white.

Adorned with Japanese flags indicating Shubin's victory claims:
February 2, 1943 - one victory
June 7, 1943 - one victory
June 16, 1943 - five victories
October 10, 1943 - two victories
October 27 1943 - two victories

Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
