Built by Vought-Sikorsky. Delivered to the U. S. Navy (USN) as OS2U-3 Kingfisher bureau number 5750. Assigned to USS Indiana (BB-58) to squadron VO-8. No known nickname or nose art.

Mission History
On February 1, 1944 took off from the USS Indiana (BB-58) on a mission. Lost west of Loi Island near Kwajalein. Also lost was OS2U Kingfisher 5906.
