Aircraft History
Built by Gloster Aircraft Company and delivered to the Royal Air Force (RAF) as WA880 in 1950.

Issued to 1574 (TT) Flight in Singapore in 1965.

The aircraft was Struck off Charge on November 4, 1969.

Recovery to Australia
In about 1982 the aircraft was moved to Sentosa Island before being acquired by the Queensland Air Museum and moved to Australia in 1989.

Aircraft Displayed
The aircraft is currently displayed at the Queensland Air Museum in the markings of RAAF Meteor A77-721 which was shot down during the Korean War.
