Aircraft History
Built by Tabby-Showa/Nakajima as a license-built version of Douglas DC-3.

Wartime History
On May 3, 1945 Captured at Zamboanga Airfield (Wolf Field) missing the left propeller.  Repaired and flown back to Clark Field by ATIU. Assigned tail code "S15" and painted with American markings and flight tested.

Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
