Mission History
On July 24, 1943 took off on a mission over Bena Bena (Benabena). Over the target, shot down by ground fire and crashed.

Wreckage
This aircraft was located by Australian forces. Possibly, Ki-61 Tony crashed near Goroka is this aircraft.
