Aircraft History
Built by Kawasaki. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF). Assigned to the 68th Sentai or 78th Sentai. Possibly Ki-61 347, Ki-61 484 or Ki-61 521.

Wartime History
Crashed east of the North Coast Road, across from Alexishafen Airfield.

Wreckage
Most of the aircraft was scrapped or otherwise disappeared. Enough wreckage is present to identify it as a Tony - a shattered engine, landing gear leg and one wing machine gun. Nearly all the aluminum structure has been scrapped.
