Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at Dotokua. Manufacture number unknown. Assigned to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF). Likely, assigned to the 6th Air Army Hequarters. A white vertical stripe was painted on the fuselage rear of the hinomaru outlined in white.

Wartime History
Disabled or abandoned at Motoyama No. 1 Airfield on Iwo Jima. Captured by American forces when they occupied the area on February 19, 1945. The wreck was missing the right engine. The left propeller was removed.
