Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at the Oe-machi plant during late November 1943. Assigned to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) to the 70th Dokuritsu Dai Shijugo Chutai (Independent Command Squadron). Paintded overall gray with an with the unit marking of a reversed white 'S' denoting a river on tail.

Mission History
On August 17, 1943 took off on a reconnaissance mission over Darwin. This aircraft was shot down north of Bathurst Island.
