Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at the Oe-machi plant during late October 1942. Assigned to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) to the 70th Dokuritsu Dai Shijugo Chutai (Independent Command Squadron). Painted gray overall with unit marking of a reversed white 'S' denoting a river on tail.

Mission History
On August 17, 1943 took off on a reconnaissance mission over Darwin. Shot down near Channel Point.
