Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at the Oe-machi plant during October 1942. Assigned to the 70th Dokuritsu Dai Shijugo Chutai (Independent Command Squadron). Painted in overall gray with the unit marking of a reversed white 'S' denoting a river on tail.

Mission History
On August 17, 1943 took off on a reconnaissance mission over Fenton Airfield. Shot down near the airfield.
