Aircraft History
Built by Nakajima. Assigned to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF). Assigned to the 33rd Sentai. This aircraft had a green mottled camouflage scheme with a Hinomaru with a white border plus a vertical white stripe to the rear. On the tail was the unit's.

Wartime History
Prior to January 31, 1945, this aircraft force landed with the wheels up near the coastline at Nasugbu.

Wreckage
On January 31, 1945 captured by U. S. Army 11th Airborne Division. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
