Built by Sikorsky. Assigned to the United States Air Force (USAF), 3rd Air Rescue Squadron. No known nickname or nose art.

Mission History
On November 28, 1950 took off piloted by Robert B. Parker with medical technician Pfc Desmond Roy Wilkerson on a rescue mission to rescue force landed F4U-5P Corsair 122169 pilot Ensign William G. Wagner. After locating Wagner the helicopter landed to rescue him. Returning to base, this helicopter ran out of fuel and crashed into the into mountains roughly 25 miles northwest of Pyongyang and ten miles north of Sinanju Airfield (K-29).

Parker was awarded the Purple Heart, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
