Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi or Nakajima. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). Assigned to the 901 Kōkūtai, a maritime patrol and escort unit and operating from Naha Airfield on Okinawa.

Wartime History
On April 1, 1945 captured by American forces when they occupied Naha Airfield.

This aircraft was heavily photographed and many pieces were taken as souvenirs by American personnel. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
