Built by Nakajima, completed during late October 1942. Uncoded serial number 62. Dataplate on a fuel tank was dated September 28, 1941. The tail wheel bungee was dated October 13, 1941. Horizontal tail assembly was dated October 16, 1941. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). Assigned to the Genzan Kōkūtai with tail code G-375, and a diagonal white stripe.
This aircraft was destroyed on the ground at Lae Airfield. During September 1943, captured by Allied forces. Only the tail section remained intact.
