The fuselage had an iron cross marking of the German Empire with "841" and "Wölfchen" painted in black. In the cockpit and standing on the fuselage is pilot Leutnant-flieger Matthaus Stein and observer/radio Oberflugmeister Paul Fabeck who also served as the mechanic.
