Built by Aichi at Watanabe Iron Works. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). Assigned to an unknown Kōkūtai.

Wartime History
Ditched or sunk at Lindenhafen Seaplane Base off Lindenhafen.

Wreckage
This Jake is upside down with one float is missing with two bombs inside the bomb bay. During 1985, villagers reported this aircraft to Rod Pearce who identified it as a Jake and removed the rear flexible 20mm cannon.
