On March 30, 1942 received by 10 Elementary Flying Training School (10 EFTS) at Temora Airfield. On November 16, 1943 received by 5 Aircraft Depot (5 AD).

Today
This aircraft is displayed at the Tiger Moth Memorial at Narrandera.
