Aircraft History
Built by Aichi in October 1944. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as D4Y3 Model 33 Judy manufacture number 41206 (1220).

Wartime History
Assigned to an unknown Kokutai (Air Group). This Judy was abandoned at Clark Field.

Wreckage
By late January 1945 captured by the U.S. Army at at Clark Field.

Jim Long adds:
"The missing section of the upper rear fuselage was a removable panel made of plywood. There was also a removable plywood panel on the bottom of the fuselage. It is light colored in your picture and has tears in its plywood."
