Built by Martin in Baltimore, Maryland. Delivered to the U. S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as B-26 Marauder serial number 40-1498.

Wartime History
Assigned to the 5th Air Force, 22nd Bombardment Group, 19th Bombardment Squadron. Assigned to pilot Frankin Allen. Nicknamed "Sea Wolf".

On January 8, 1943 this B-26 blew a tire during take off from 14 Mile Drome (Schwimmer, Laloki) near Port Moresby and damaged. Afterwards written off. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
