Mission History
Took off from Torokina Airfield to staged from Green Island Airfield (Nissian), on a long range against Moen Island at Truk. Lost somewhere between Torkonia and Green Island during severe weather. Lost at approximately 7 degrees 10' N and 152 degrees east.

Memorials
The crew was declared dead on January 27, 1946. Memorialized on the tablets of the missing at Manila American Cemetery.
