Assigned to the 11th AIr Force, 28th Bombardment Group, 21st Bombardment Squadron. No known nose art or nickname. Based at Elmendorf Airfield. USAAF records list this B-24 as officially condemned on June 25, 1942.

Mission History
On June 12, 1942 took off from Cold Bay Airfield on a a mission to bomb shipping in the harbor off Kiska Island. During take off, this B-17 crashed. Afterwards, written off or scrapped.
