Built by Douglas. Constructors number 2672. Assigned at McKellar November 3, 1944.

Postwar
Registered as NC62477. Operated from Cuba in 1958 and used by Cuba's Revolutionary Armed Forces (FAR). Returned to the United States in December 1960.

Display
Acquired by Wings Over The Rockies Museum at the former Lowry Air Force Base (Lowry AFB) in Denver, Colorado and externally restored. At one time, this aircraft was also displayed at Cannon Air Force Base Museum. Today, displayed indoors at Wings Over The Rockies Museum in an airfield diorama display, painted in the markings of B-18 Bolo 39-522.
