Aircraft History Built by Nakajima. Painted with dark green upper surfaces and gray lower surfaces. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as Type 2 Float Plane Fighter / A6M2-N Rufe Manufacture Number 7134. Wartime History Assigned to 452 Kōkūtai (452 Air Group). Tail Code unknown, lilely M-?? (last two digits unknown). On January 30, 1943 unloaded at Kiska Harbor. Operated from the Kiska Harbor Seaplane Base until disabled or damaged. Wreckage This Rufe was abandoned at Kiska Harbor Seaplane Base at Kiska Harbor. During August 1943 captured by U.S. Army.
