Built by Douglas. Assigned to the 3rd Bombardment Group, 13th Bombardment Squadron. Nickanamed "Lady Charlene" with tail code "A / B".

Wartime History
On June 5, 1944, piloted by Joseph C. Brown, damaged by anti-aircraft fire over Babo Airfield. Afterwards, repaired and believed to have new tail letter "B."
