610mm narrow gauge rail locomotive, powered by a Chevrolet four cylinder engine and an Imperial Navy anchor embossed on the left side. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy. Transported to Rabaul and used at Tobera Airfield.

Display
In the 1980s, recovered from Tobera Airfield and transported to the Kokopo Museum and displayed on rails outdoors.
