Assigned to the 2nd Tank Division, 7th Tank Regiment 'Shigemi Detachment' on Luzon.

Wartime History
One of five Type 95 Ha Go tanks that arrived at San Manuel on January 17, 1945. Participated in the Japanese defense of San Manuel during January 19-28, 1945. Possibly, this tank was held in mobile reserve in town near a building. Fought against the US Army 25th Division, 161st Infantry Regiment, and tanks of the 716th Tank Battalion. Disabled and abandoned at the end of the battle.
