Wartime History
Sunk in Truk Lagoon.
Discovery
Discovered in 1980 by Klaus Lindermann. It is lying
upright with a 20 degree port list and is in relatively good shape.
A three inch gun and shells is at the bow.
Bridge
A large set of binoculars, telegraph, compass, radio
equipment and a strong box. Below decks are beer and saki bottles.
Holds
In the cargo hold is plumbing piping, valves, sinks
and oxygen tanks. Number 4 hold is empty.
