Wartime History
This wreck was either CHA 18 or 21, sunk on January 30, 1944 at Kwajalein in Southern Atoll. Damage to the bow and stern and expended ammunition lie around the wreck. This ship went down fighting against an attack from the air.

Shipwreck
Discovered in 1983, in 120' of water, 50 yards west of O-buoy wreck. Many skulls have been found on the wreck. The superstructure has collapsed A search light, MG and rifles are around. The bridge has collapsed to the side allowing access to to the radio room and other compartments. Many personal effects have been Discovered, including bottles, musical instruments and perfumes, and small jade pieces. Lots of Fujikawa china is found in the galley.
